Yoga and Pilates Instructor

I'm Jennifer Jacob (Kaplan), a 500-hour certified yoga instructor since 2018. I'm also a certified holistic health coach and a Comprehensive BASI Pilates instructor in training.

I focus my classes on building strength, flexibility, and awareness. I integrate my ongoing studies in injury prevention, proper alignment, and mind-body awareness into both my group and private classes.​

I'm a well-rounded instructor, guiding everything from power flows to slow flows, focused private sessions, Full Moon Circles, and other creative workshops. I'm intuitive and adaptable, helping my students reach their individual goals.

When I'm not teaching, I'm snorkeling, doing aerial hoop or yoga, or building content strategies for various businesses.

Yoga

I earned my 500-Hour Yoga Alliance certification through two different training programs in India and Tel Aviv back in 2018. I specialized in the fundamentals of Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Ashtanga, and Nidra. 

My group and private classes today are comprehensive vinyasa power and/or slow flows, to help you build strength and flexibility with proper alignment and modifications for your body's needs.

Pilates

I'm studying an intensive, 500-hour contemporary approach to the classical Joseph Pilates method under the BASI method in Jupiter, FL. This provides a more in-depth understanding of anatomy, structure, and precision to incorporate into my group and private Pilates classes, from the mat to the reformer to other apparatuses.
